At Green pavilion
In the context of implementing the Kunming-Montreal Framework, this event will analyze the Rights of Nature as a critical legal, non-anthropocentric tool for the restoration and protection of fresh water and to catalyze global biodiversity and climate change mitigation goals. Based on cases such as those of the Marañón River (Peru) and Atrato (Colombia), world experts illustrate how this legal framework is critical for human development in harmony with nature.
